A Virtual Workshop for Marywood University Students & Alumni

Strong teams don’t just happen—they’re built through communication, trust, and shared purpose. Join us for an interactive virtual workshop designed to help you strengthen your collaboration and leadership skills in any setting.

Led by Mona DelSole, MPA, Marywood University Faculty Member and Leadership Development Consultant, this session will explore the essential ingredients of high-performing teams and offer practical strategies you can apply right away.

During this workshop, you’ll:
-Define what effective team communication and collaboration look like
-Discover why these skills are critical for team success
-Examine the role of relationships and trust in driving performance
-Participate in a fun “miscommunication” mini-exercise
-Leave with reflection tools and actionable tips to enhance any team dynamic

Whether you’re leading a project, joining a new team, or looking to grow as a communicator, this workshop will help you learn how to lead together.

Scranton/WB Hockey Game Alumni Meet Up

Join the Office of Alumni Engagement at Mohegan Sun Area on Friday, November 14th as the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins go up against the Bridgeport Islanders. Enjoy the CCA Ice Lounge with All-You-Can-Eat hot dogs, chicken tenders, soft drinks and water. Doors open at 6:00 PM and game starts at 7:05 PM!
