Dear Alumni and Friends of Marywood University,
As I reflect on my first year as Marywood’s 13th president, I am filled with deep gratitude and a powerful sense of possibility. Together, we have made meaningful progress, progress that was driven by your generosity and belief in the transformative power of education.
Because of your support, more talented and deserving students have access to a Marywood education through scholarships that will change the trajectory of their lives. New and renovated facilities are elevating learning environments and strengthening the preparation of our future healthcare professionals. Expanded and enhanced academic programs are equipping the next generation of leaders to serve with compassion, skill, and purpose, affording them the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond. Each gift, whether large or small, is creating ripple effects that extend far beyond our campus.
As we build on this momentum, our excitement for the future continues to grow. Marywood is poised for a Bigger, Bolder, Better year ahead, launching innovative programs, modernizing our facilities, and advancing our commitment to excellence, accessibility, and service in bold new ways.
The vision we hold for tomorrow is made possible by the partnerships we nurture today. Thank you for believing in our mission and investing in the success of our students. As you read this annual report, I hope you see not only what we have accomplished together, but also the extraordinary potential that lies ahead.
I invite you to continue this journey with us and remain part of a community that believes education has the power to transform lives and shape a brighter future for all.
With deep gratitude and appreciation,
Lisa A. Lori, J.D.
President
